Returns Policy

If a return is required, our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of your item at the expense of the customer.

RIG BOXES will not accept any return without prior consent.

RIG BOXES will only accept returns of opened items within 7 days of the item being received or picked up by the customer. Any products that have been unpackaged must pass an inspection by RIGBOXES staff member before a refund is approved.

Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded. Customers are required to package the item adequately in order to avoid any damage during transit, any damage occurred during transport is not responsibility of RIG BOXES.  All returns will subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless item is unopened or packaging is undamaged. RIGBOXES reserves the right to reject any refund request that doesn't meet requirements listed.

RIG BOXES is not liable for any items lost during transport.
